Get those brains calm and those bodies moving! We focus on mindfulness and movement in this yoga session for kids and caregivers. We will begin the session with a mindfulness-themed picture book.

Join our librarian to move and groove to the music! No experience is required-- grown ups are encouraged to participate, too!

We will learn basic moves in different styles and jam to the music using props and our bodies.

Families with children ages 3 and up are welcome to join us for this seasonal story and craft session.  We will be sharing stories about kindness and giving thanks. Children will then make a thankful tree to take home.
