- Sales of products or services, charging admission or registration fees, soliciting donations other than in conjunction with a program or event sponsored or hosted by Russell Library, and fundraisers sponsored by non-profit organizations are prohibited. Tutors may book meeting space even if they are paid for their service.
- Food and drink are allowed but must stay in the The Pod. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
