Auditions: East Haddam Stage Company

AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT

The East Haddam Stage Company will be holding general auditions, by appointment, for three upcoming projects.

Looking for girls, boys, and teens ages 8-18, and men and women ages 18-70, for the following roles:

A Christmas Carol

Two productions in Middletown CT. Rehearsals begin October, shows run weekends, through December.

Roles available for boys, teens, men:

Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Marley, Ghosts, (Present & Future), young Scrooge, Fezziwig, Peter Cratchit, Nephew Fred, Narrator, Charity men, Old Joe

Roles available for girls, teens, women:

Mrs. Fezziwig, Ghost of Christmas Past, Mrs. Cratchit, daughter Belinda, daughter Martha, Belle (engaged to Scrooge as a young man), Alice (wife of Nephew Fred), Mrs. Dilber (Scrooge’s housekeeper)

Sherlock Holmes

Summer season, on the outdoor stage, at Gillette Castle State Park, East Haddam CT. Rehearsals begin in May. The 30-minute shows run weekend afternoons, June 14-July 20, 2025

Roles available for men, ages 30-50:

Dr. Watson, Sherlock Holmes, Moriarity

Roles available for women, ages 20-40:

Irene Adler, Alice Faulkner
