Event Details
What if you found a fossil on a hike? What if it came to life? Write your own story as we unearth a variety of fossils during the adventures of a young hiker. Look at real fossils and learn about Connecticut's state fossil and dinosaur. Children can make a Dinosaur Track Book to take home and help inspire their own adventures.
Presented by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's State Park Division. Recommended for ages 3-10. Siblings welcome.
This event is sponsored DEEP and by the Friends of the Russell Library.
