Event Details

Come celebrate our second annual Library Card Crawl at the Russell Library! A Library Card Crawl celebrates having and signing up for a library card. Having fun is easy with a library card from The Russell Library. The Russell Library will have multiple fun-filled events and giveaways throughout the day, for free! 

From 11 am to 1 pm, we will have seven vendors in the lobby for you to visit with goodies to give away! 


The vendors in the lobby include: 
Wesleyan R.J. Julia
Fire Marshals from the Middletown Fire Department
Fresh Monkee
The Playwright of our upcoming show, A Christmas Carol!
The City of Middletown
The Friends of the Library
Cat Tales Non-Profit Rescue 

Staff members from the Russell Library will have a table the lobby as well to answer all Library Card Crawl related questions. Staff will also get you started on our super fun Library Card Crawl Scavenger Hunt that, when completed, earns each participant a prize! The scavenger hunt is for folks of all ages and will take you on a journey through the evolution of the Russell Library! 

There is a drop in event, so no registration is required.
