Program Description

Event Details

Inspire wonder and Ignite curiosity at Science Saturday! This month we will use songs, dances, and spectacular experiments to explore states of matter; get hands on with solids, liquids, and gasses; and use a surprising science tool to turn liquid to solid instantly! At the end of the program, children will have the opportunity to explore the best ways to melt ice and reveal hidden treasures they can take home!

This program explores big ideas in science using hands-on experiments, spectacular demonstrations, and plenty of live music and body movement to keep all learners engaged and excited. Each program explores a new theme and is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and foster a love of science. Recommended ages 3-8.

Funding for this program is provided by the Friends of the Russell Library.
